The Chief of Navy - Vice Admiral Michael Noonan, AO (CN) recognises the effectiveness of Navy’s relationships with industry will be one of the most critical drivers for Navy’s future success. CN wants to move beyond Navy’s largely transactional relationships with industry where it simply pays a fee for a service. He wants to develop deeper and more effective transformational relationships which are open-ended, built on trust and promote open, twoway dialogue where both parties work towards a common goal.
